Our Project Approach
Here's what to expect while you're working with us.
We understand that you have other jobs besides software implementation. So we provide a level of support that matches your bandwidth while maintaining the cadence of configuring your system. Since we develop our products using the Agile SDLC, we're prepared to modify plans as we go and work around your competing initiatives as needed. When you need us onsite, we're there - but almost all work can be done remotely and flexibly, too.
You're busy - so we take the stress of managing a project off you. You'll work chiefly with an account executive and project manager, who will keep the project on track and provide a weekly status call to review progress on every component. Everyone in our company works in the same space, so whoever could help solve a challenge is available to you at a moment's notice. You will never be hung out to dry during an implementation. We're here for you.
Everything comes back to this. We won't just hand you a box and walk away. We practice design thinking, first sussing out your ultimate goal and working with you to figure out the best means to that end: where you could save or streamline, what kind of ongoing support you'll need, etc. We crave your feedback and use your suggestions in our continuous releases, so that your programs are always moving forward.
